  Incredibly slow and seldom is our order correct. When you ask them to correct it they are rude. When they added wings to the menu they were great for a couple of weeks - then they would come with very little sauce on them. When I placed an order for them after that I would point out that I would like to get the sauce I am actually paying for that if I wanted chicken nuggets then I would order chicken nuggets! I was given enough sauce but charged extra for it. THAT is a rip off! I very seldom eat at the sonic in DC anymore. My husband will still order the wings & more times than not they do not have enough sauce to lightly coat them. Pizza Hut is my go-to for wings!

  Food is not fresh! Employees are rude! They are very slow! When you try to call in an order so you don't have to wait they don't answer phone! Very sad being we don't have many options in DC! Needing a big change at this Sonic!!

  Slow. Never offer condiments. Food is not prepared like most Sonic's. They need a management overhaul.
